Just another day ?

Yesterday was pretty fun -- we were sitting at the kitchen table, eating some delicious calzones and I started to squirm. When Daddy asked me what Sydney was doing, I said "Sydney is kicking me pretty hard!"

Sally looked at me, got down from her seat, and walked over to my belly. She pulled up my shirt and yelled, "Sydney! Stop kicking Mommy!"

It was hysterical.

Today we went out to breakfast at B&B Cafe (they got a new 5-year lease, so looks like they'll be in biz for awhile -- hooray!!!) and Sally was quite hte bundle of energy. She had a good appetite, though.

Then we found a Popeye's who was serving crawfish right here in Castle Rock, so of course we had to go check that out. Talk about a taste of home! We're thinking we could get Popeye's again for Mardi Gras -- and look, no long line!

So Sally took a nice, long nap today adn now we're hanging out at Sir Bounce-a-Lots. I love this place -- wireless internet, free computer usage, coffee, hot cocoa and water, and a totally enclosed and safe environment for kids to exhaust themselves. Love it!

As for tonight, not sure yet. I think we'll probably take it easy -- I have a Landmark class all day tomorrow (10a-10p), so it's Daddy adn Sally day on Saturday. We did rent a couple of funny-looking movies, so we've got some flicks to watch tonight.

So that's it for now. One week from today is parent-teacher conferences, and we'll talk about moving Sally up into the PRimary class at her school. And photos should be coming back soon, so if you happen to be a Sally grandparent, keep an eye out for something in the mail.

Also attempting to get everything lined up for Sydney -- ordering birth announcements, finishing the nursery (we switched again and now we're doing the "Guess How Much I Love You" theme again. this time the emphasis is on blue and yellow and green instead of just green adn yellow.
